With nearly 30 years of practice, he has accumulated a wealth of experience, especially in criminal defense, and has defended no less than a thousand criminal cases which include economic crimes, duty-related crimes, intellectual property crimes, violent criminal offenses, and even new technology-based crimes.

With Chen & Guo Law Firm focusing on commercial franchising, as a senior lawyer with nearly 30 years of experience, internally, he focuses on the building of lawyers' business capacity and is responsible for guiding and training young lawyers; externally, he evaluates and investigates the criminal risks for the new business models of his clients.
